1. Storage Responsibility
Patients are responsible for maintaining updated contact information and responding to storage renewal communications related to cryopreserved reproductive materials.
2. Communication Attempts
If storage instructions or renewal authorizations are not received, reasonable attempts may be made to contact the responsible patient(s) through available communication methods.
3. Storage Duration
Cryopreserved materials may remain in storage according to applicable clinic policies, storage agreements, local regulations, and legal requirements.
Storage periods and renewal procedures may vary depending on jurisdiction and affiliated clinical providers.
4. Unclaimed Materials
If reproductive materials remain unclaimed after repeated communication attempts and applicable legal waiting periods, affiliated clinical providers may manage stored materials in accordance with:
- Signed consent documentation
- Applicable local laws and regulations
- Ethical reproductive medicine standards
- Clinic storage agreements
5. No Ownership Transfer
GP-Fertility does not assume ownership of stored reproductive materials.
All reproductive materials remain subject to the original consent agreements and applicable legal frameworks.
